Local SEO Audit: Beyond the Profile
Your Google Business Profile is only one part of local search. This one-time audit checks everything outside it: NAP consistency across directories, location and service-area pages, LocalBusiness schema, and why you rank (or do not) in both the map pack and the local blue links. Written report. Prioritized fix list. No implementation lock-in.

- 30-day implementation Q&A
In plain figures: the Start audit costs €199 and covers a single location or service area; Professional at €399 adds the full geo-grid scan, the local link gap analysis, and a comparison against up to three competitors; Expert at €750 covers multi-location architecture with a per-location fix list and 30 days of implementation Q&A.
Tiers map to footprint: one location or service area fits Start, a competitive single footprint fits Professional, and several branches or zones fit Expert. The number of locations and serviced territories is fixed in writing before the work starts, because that count decides both the scope of the audit and its price. Larger chains and franchises are quoted after the free express review, and every multi-location audit delivers a per-location fix list rather than one generic document.

One report. Take it anywhere.
This is a one-time fixed-price audit, not a retainer. The written report and prioritized fix list are yours to keep. Hand them to your own team, your current agency, or use them to brief whoever you like. We do not implement, so there is no lock-in and no ongoing obligation. We access your Search Console and Analytics by read-only email invite, with no passwords and nothing changed; revoke access the moment the project is complete. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ, Estonia) and operate under GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Not sure if you need this? A free express review tells you within one business day: up to twenty minutes, up to three main problems and what to do about them, with no written report.
Why a great profile is not enough
Part of what decides the map pack and the local blue links sits outside your Google Business Profile, where the profile itself cannot reach. Here is where businesses get stuck.
What the report looks like
A written document your team can execute from. Every finding carries a severity and an implementation note, so any developer or agency can act on it without asking us what we meant. The report is yours to take anywhere.
- 1
Citation inventory
Every listing we found, with a per-listing status: correct, inconsistent, duplicate, or abandoned, and the exact data each record should carry.
- 2
Location-page verdicts
A keep, fix, or consolidate verdict on each location and service-area page, including which pages cross into thin-doorway territory.
- 3
Schema error log
Missing, incomplete, or conflicting LocalBusiness markup per page, with the corrected structure noted for each error.
- 4
Geo-grid snapshot
Where you currently appear for local-intent queries, separated by surface: map pack versus the local blue links below it.
- 5
Prioritized fix list
Every issue ranked by severity, each with an implementation note on what to change and where. Multi-location audits get this list per location.
Illustrative structure, not a real client report. Length varies with tier and findings.
Who does the auditing
CyberLab.Team is a Google Partner agency that has worked with local search since 2015. Our team takes part in the Google Product Experts program, which means profile, duplicate, and access issues uncovered during the audit get routed through the right support channels faster. Routing is all it speeds up: we make no promise of reinstatement, timelines, or any particular outcome. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), operate under GDPR, and sign a Data Processing Agreement on request.
What happens after the audit
The report is built to be executed without us. Here is how businesses typically use it.
Hand it to your own team
Give the prioritized fix list to your developer or your current agency. Every item includes implementation notes, so nobody has to reverse-engineer what a finding means.
Fix in the order listed
Items are ranked by expected impact and effort, so the work that matters most comes first. The ranking reflects our judgment of your situation, not dated outcome promises.
Or ask us about monthly execution
If you want the fixes handled month over month, that is our Small Business Promotion retainer: a separate agreement, and the audit creates no obligation to order it.

What does this look like in practice?
A typical engagement: a service business with a complete, well-kept profile that shows in the map pack for branded searches yet stays invisible for the service-plus-city queries that bring new customers. The geo-grid scan confirms the split: eligible in the pack, absent from the local blue links. The citation crawl finds the address from a move two years earlier still live on a dozen directories, the site has one thin template page per district, and LocalBusiness schema is missing everywhere. The fix list puts citation cleanup and page consolidation first and schema second, each item with a note on what to change and where. The client's own developer implements over the following weeks. Nothing further is ordered from us, which is exactly how the audit is designed to work.
Anonymized example of our process, not a promise of results.
After the audit: monthly profile upkeep, written per industry
The audit is one-off. What has to stay correct month after month differs by trade; each page below says what.
