For one location or a network
One person from our team looks after your listing: hours, phone, services, posts and review replies. If the profile gets suspended or someone changes the details, they work out what happened and tell you what to do next.
One location from €75 a month Each location is billed separately; for several locations we agree the terms individually.
The first review is free and we reply within one business day. You do not need to share your Google password for that.
An example of the process. An illustrative situation, not a client case.
Where we help
Come with one problem, or hand over the regular upkeep. Your manager looks at the situation and suggests the next step.
We check the information against your business and submit the changes you approve.
How fast Google accepts an edit is not something we promise.
Discuss this →We prepare replies in the tone agreed with you. For a difficult complaint we check the facts with you first.
The number of replies depends on the package.
Discuss this →We prepare posts from your own materials and refresh the details you confirm.
Photo shoots and the production of new materials are not included automatically.
Discuss this →During the scheduled checks we compare the profile with the agreed data, tell you exactly what moved and agree the corrections with you.
The frequency depends on the package. We do not claim monitoring around the clock.
Discuss this →We help you work out the reason for the restriction, prepare the information Google asks for and go through the appeal.
Recovery work is part of every package. The decision and the review time stay with Google.
Discuss this →We check how well the details and the categories match your business and the way customers search, and explain what can be improved within the service.
We do not promise a place in the results or a number of calls.
Discuss this →Who does the work
Your manager learns the business, does the agreed work and tells you where a decision of yours is needed. The conversation runs through the team channels, so what you agreed stays in one place.
This direction is led by
Kateryna Deruha
Head of client management for Google Business Profile and Google Maps advertising
She has led this direction at CyberLab.Team for more than ten years, since the product was still called Google My Business.
Profile and articlesYou talk to the team in the dashboard chat and by official email. Personal contacts of managers are not shared: the history stays with the company, not with a phone.
The profile belongs to your business. The team works through separate access rights, so the password to your Google account never has to change hands.

One piece of work
One situation, from the message to the check, with the three statuses that really are different from each other.
An example of the process. An illustrative situation, not a client case.
The owner tells the manager that the holiday hours have changed.
ReceivedThe manager checks the dates and confirms the schedule with you.
AgreedThe manager submits the agreed change to the Business Profile.
Submitted to GoogleThe manager checks what the profile shows publicly and reports the status.
Live in the profileAgreed, submitted to Google and live in the profile are three different things. Whether an edit is accepted, and how long that takes, is decided by Google.
We update the details and the photos, publish the posts and reply to the reviews. We stay in touch with you so the profile carries what is true about the business today. Most of the source material comes from you, and we agree the difficult review replies with you before they go out.
An example of tasks. How much work is done depends on the package.
How to start
If you do not have the link, give the business name and the city. Your manager will find the rest.
We look at the public information, talk the problem through and suggest a package that fits. We reply within one business day.
Before any work we settle the tasks, the materials and the access rights. The price is confirmed before anything is charged.
Your manager starts on the profile and keeps telling you what is done and what comes next.
After that we work to your package: keep the details right, prepare posts, reply to reviews and check the profile as often as the package says.
Three packages
Not sure which one you need? Tell us about the profile and the tasks, and your manager will suggest a package for the workload.

Everything in Business plus Google Ads
€249
per Google location per month

The Google Business Profile itself is free. What you pay for is the work of our team.
What the manager does every month
The routine that keeps a Google Business Profile correct, alive and answered, done by a named person from the team, within the scope of the package you chose.
Categories, hours, address, phone, description, attributes, services. The manager looks at what is missing or wrong, agrees the edits with you and applies them in one batch, as many as the location's package allows.
Learn more → ContentPosts, offers, updates. The manager builds them from your materials on the plan you approved and publishes them on each location's listing. How many a month depends on the package.
Learn more → ReviewsYour manager replies to new reviews of each location, in the tone you agreed on, within the package's monthly limit. A difficult case is discussed with you first.
Learn more → Reports and dashboardOnce a month each location gets a report. The dashboard holds the work history, the chat with your manager, documents and invoices. The dashboard is free, there is nothing to pay for it.
Learn more → Foreign editsCategories change, hours "correct themselves", strangers' suggestions get accepted, Google pulls details from other sources. During the package checks your manager catches such changes, tells you exactly what moved, and after your confirmation puts the agreed details back.

Services, bookings, fresh materials and replies to reviews.
Details about services and specialists, careful work with sensitive reviews.
An accurate description of the service and of the area you cover.
Each location gets its own service scope. If you run a network, your manager helps you agree the packages branch by branch and one order of work for all of them.
Free client dashboard
The dashboard collects the history of the work, the conversation with the team, the documents and the invoices for your locations. Using it is free: what you pay for is the service you chose.
A location without a package simply stays in the dashboard. No platform fee, no setup fee, no trial that expires.
Send the link to the profile and a few words about the task. Your manager will look at the public information, check the details and suggest the next step. The first review is free, and we reply within one business day.
Discuss my profileYou do not need the password to your Google account to get in touch. The work and the price are agreed before the service starts.
